Mid Century Tulip Side Table (Knoll? Burke?)

Tulip base matches up with Knoll produced pieces. The top however, lack the characteristic knife edge detail and are rounded, similar to Burke produced piece.

Mystery abounds.

Used condition. Paint is lifting from the base. Laminate top is good shape. See photos.
